Fixed

• Register the project-local plugin directory instead of prompting OpenCode to download the unpublished package from npm; enable the namespaced tool through Code Mode.

Added

• OpenCode V2 plugin exposing a namespaced, read-only project status tool.
• Curated ECC-derived skills and subagents with per-file provenance records.
• Project installer and uninstaller with JSONC edits, ownership hashes, collision detection, and preservation of modified files.
• Unit and installer tests, implementation plan, and project documentation.
